Meta Account Setup

To include a new Meta Partner on Superfine, adhere to the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Configure > Partners.

  2. Browse for Meta partners and click the + Account button to add new credentials.

  3. Click Grant Meta Permission and our page will redirect to Meta. Select account
    On Meta site, log in with your advertiser account and select Opt in to all current and future pages(1), then click Continue(2). Select pages Hit Save to grant required permission and finish the authentication flow on Meta. Select permission

  4. Once completed, your Meta accounts will be visible in the selection box. Opt for the advertising account to be added on Superfine and assign a memorable name to it. Adding information

  5. Click Save to view your partner account on the list.
    [Optional] If utilizing Tenjn as an attribution partner previously set up on Superfine, you can establish a mapping between the credential and the partner's account by selecting Extra Configuration. Superfine typically performs this mapping automatically, but manual mapping is acceptable if required.

Meta Configuration Information

Linking Your Meta Page and Instagram App

To ensure proper configuration, users must link their Meta Page and Instagram App to their account connected to Superfine. Follow these steps:

Meta App

  1. Log in to Meta Apps.

  2. In the Settings section, navigate to Account > Apps.

  3. Find the desired page using the search bar. Select the application and confirm that it is linked to your account connected to Superfine.

Meta Page

  1. Log in to Meta Business.

  2. In the Settings section, navigate to Account > Pages.

  3. Find the desired page using the search bar. Select the page and confirm that it is linked to your account connected to Superfine.

Instagram App

  1. Log in to Meta Developers.

  2. Navigate to the App section and choose your desired app.

  3. Ensure the app is linked to the same account connected to Superfine. If it is not, link it by navigating to App Settings > Instagram Settings and connecting the Instagram App to the appropriate account.

  4. Confirm that the Meta Page and Instagram App are properly linked to the advertiser account associated with Superfine. This ensures accurate data integration and functionality.
