Tenjin Partner Integration Guide

This guide provides clear and concise steps to integrate Tenjin with Superfine. Follow these two steps:

1. Add the Access Token Key to enable Tenjin.
2. Set Up Superfine Callback in the Tenjin Dashboard.

Add Tenjin Access Token Key

1. Get Your Tenjin Access Token Key

2. Log in to your Tenjin dashboard.

3. Navigate to AUTOMATE > API Access Tokens More detail here.

   

4. Click Generate Access Token Key.

   

5. Copy the Tenjin Access Token Key by clicking Copy Token.

   

6. Add the Tenjin Access Token Key to Superfine

7. Open the Superfine dashboard and navigate to Configure > Partners.

8. Select Tenjin and click Add Account.

9. Fill in the following details:

   • Account Name: Enter a recognizable name for your account.
   • Access Token Key: Paste the Access Token Key you copied.

   

10. Click Save to complete the setup.

⚠️ Important: Only the Tenjin Access Token Key is required for this step. Do not use the Tenjin SDK Key here.

Set Up Superfine Callback in the Tenjin Dashboard

1. Go to Tenjin > Configure > Channels.
2. Search for Superfine and click on it.

1. Go to Tenjin > Configure > Apps > Callbacks, then search for Superfine in the Channels and Partners section.

1. Ensure the Superfine install status is On and the user filter is set to All Users.

Troubleshooting

• Used Tenjin SDK Key Instead of Tenjin Access Token Key: Go back to Step 1 and retrieve the correct Access Token Key.
• Cannot Find the Tenjin Access Token Key: Ensure you’re in the API Access Tokens section. Contact Tenjin support if needed.
